Basic course of training in emotionally focused couples therapy at the Balkan Educational Center Balentein.

Conceptualize issues related to breach of trust as a type of "attachment injury" where a fundamental rupture of trust inhibits one or both partner's ability to move forward in this relationship. Provide practical direction in treating relational betrayals and the clinical management of highly reactive couples. Review the steps and stages of EFT as an empirically supported approach with a particular focus on recovery from relational betrayal.

EFIT Essentials is an amalgamation of the previous Level 1 and 2 EFIT trainings, now offered as a seamless, intensive learning experience. The training is structured to provide a solid foundation and an advanced understanding of the EFIT model, embedded within an attachment science framework. Through a blend of theoretical instruction and experiential exercises, participants will be guided to apply the model with individuals in their practice.

The EFCT Standard Core Skills training is a 4-day immersion training (24 hours) in the theory and practice of EFT. It serves as the second (and final) course in the pathway to become a Certified EFCT Therapist. Participants can opt for this 24-hour option as part of their EFCT Certification requirements. (please note: 48-hour options are available elsewhere). 12 hours dedicated each to Stage 1 & Stage 2

Restore connection and strengthen resilience in families with Emotionally Focused Family Therapy (EFFT). This 24hr Essentials is focused on EFT for Families.

EFFT Essentials is a requirement for this course. In this two-part, in person course, Jim Furrow, PhD will guide you into the heart of the therapy room, showing clips of his and others sessions; reviewing where they get stuck, how they get unstuck, and how the attachment map and EFT Tango illuminate a way forward. Trainer/Supervisors will provide consultation, feedback, and live guidance, helping you sharpen your EFFT skills.

EFIT Essentials is a 4-day (24hr) training for therapists to learn the theory and practice of applying EFT in individual therapy, focusing on emotional processing and the creation of secure attachment relationship with self and others. EFIT’s structured approach help in addressing various life challenges and fostering growth and change in experiential manner. EFIT Essentials is the first steps towards certification in EFIT.
