Fundamentals of EFT is a standalone one day online introductory course to all 3 EFT modalities - EFT for Individual (EFIT), EFT for Couple (EFCT) and EFT for Family (EFFT). The course provides an outline of EFT, underpinned by attachment science for healing through emotional connection. Attendees will learn through didactic presentations including EFT TANGO. It is a course recommended precursor to further EFT training.

EFFT Essentials training consolidates the previous Level 1 and Level 2 trainings into a comprehensive 24hr program. This training provides a thorough understanding of the EFFT model within an attachment science framework. Through theoretical instruction and experiential exercises, participants are guided to apply the model to families, aiding their development into proficient EFFT therapists.
