This is a 12-hour in-person training held in Singapore. In this course, you will learn from our expert trainer as she shares common challenges and effective strategies for addressing them using Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT). This one-day (6hrs professional development) training explores narcissism through the EFT lens by exploring the diagnostic features of narcissism, how we conceptualise narcissism within an EFT framework, and how we can work with those with narcissistic characteristics within EFT for couples, families and individuals.

This in-person Advanced Core Skills Training 1 in Singapore is part of the comprehensive 48-hour Core Skills program. This 12-hour session focuses on refining specific interventions to stabilize distressed relationships in Stage 1, incorporating didactic teaching, case consultations, and experiential exercises.

This 24-hour in-person training in Singapore offers a comprehensive understanding of the EFFT model within an attachment science framework. Through theoretical instruction and experiential exercises, participants will learn to apply EFFT principles and interventions in family settings, fostering emotional processing and change.

This will be the first EFCT externship offered in Zimbabwe, in-person in Harare from 4-7 August 2025. This one-day workshop provides an overview of EFT with individuals, couples and families. It introduces the EFT model and the power of EFT to facilitate healing and growth for personal and relational distress through a combination of teaching, experiential exercises and video demos. The Four Day EFT Externship is the most comprehensive and basic level of training and education in EFT, taught by an ICEEFT registered trainer. An externship includes observation of live interviews, presentations of theory and clinical techniques, skills training exercises and discussion of clinical application using the EFT theory and framework. Sometimes the challenges of growing together while growing apart become more challenging for families with adult children.
