This training outlines the theory and practice of EFIT focusing on the primacy of emotion and the creation of a safe haven & secure base alliance. It will explain how EFIT conceptualizes health and dysfunction from an attachment perspective and will help therapists to identify cycles of emotion regulation “within” and cycles of interpersonal relating “between” that block growth and adaptation.
