Welcome to the first German speaking EFIT training! - Willkommen zum ersten deutschsprachigen EFIT-Training!

The four-day EFIT workshop is based on the attachment-based humanistic and systemic EFT model developed by Sue Johnson and is the first step to becoming a Certified Emotionally Focused Individual Therapist. The workshop will take place in 2 parts.<br /> <br /> EFIT Essentials will be held in London Thursday to Friday on the 27-28th June and 4-5th July 2024 by ICEEFT Certified EFT Trainers, Helene IgwebuikeSarah McConnell.

In Person EFIT Essentials (4 days - 24 hours) in August in Arizona!<br /> The training program is designed to provide participants with a robust groundwork and advanced understanding of the EFIT model, integrated within an attachment science framework.

This training outlines the theory and practice of EFIT focusing on the primacy of emotion and the creation of a safe haven &amp; secure base alliance. It will explain how EFIT conceptualises health and dysfunction from an attachment perspective and will help therapists to identify cycles of emotion regulation “within” and cycles of interpersonal relating “between” that block growth and adaptation.

EFIT Essentials is an amalgamation of the previous Level 1 and Level 2 EFIT trainings, now offered as a seamless, intensive learning experience. The training is structured to provide a solid foundation and an advanced understanding of the EFIT model, embedded within an attachment science framework. A blend of theory, video review, and experiential exercises will equip participants to apply the model.
