This is a 12-hour in-person training held in Singapore. In this course, you will learn from our expert trainer as she shares common challenges and effective strategies for addressing them using Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT). You and your colleagues will be able to present your work, receiving valuable guidance from our trainer through feedback, consultations, and role plays designed to enhance and refine your skills.

This 10hr training revises the concepts of EFIT focusing on real-world case examples and experiential exercises to deepen participants’ mastery of the EFIT model. This training will allow therapists to practice the interventions, to discuss blocks and stuck places, and aims to build both confidence and skills.
