The Four Day EFT Externship is the most comprehensive and basic level of training and education in EFT, taught by an ICEEFT registered trainer. This is a 12-hour in-person training held in Singapore. In this course, you will learn from our expert trainer as she shares common challenges and effective strategies for addressing them using Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT). You and your colleagues will be able to present your work, receiving valuable guidance from our trainer through feedback, consultations, and role plays designed to enhance and refine your skills.

This in-person Advanced Core Skills Training 1 in Singapore is part of the comprehensive 48-hour Core Skills program. This 12-hour session focuses on refining specific interventions to stabilize distressed relationships in Stage 1, incorporating didactic teaching, case consultations, and experiential exercises.

This 24-hour in-person training in Singapore offers a comprehensive understanding of the EFFT model within an attachment science framework. Through theoretical instruction and experiential exercises, participants will learn to apply EFFT principles and interventions in family settings, fostering emotional processing and change.

This means that while covering all of the required content for an Externship in EFCT, this externship looks at applying the EFT model to monogamous and non-monogamous relationships, as well as staying sensitive to cultural context and the impact of minority stress on relational dynamics.

The EFCT Externship is a 4-day immersion training (24 hours) in the theory and practice of EFT. It serves as the foundation training to becoming a Certified EFCT Therapist. The training includes: observations of sessions, theory and techniques, skills training exercises and discussion of specific cases, clinical material and issues. We warmly welcome you to train online with our experienced team from New Zealand.

This one-day workshop provides an overview of EFT with individuals, couples and families. It introduces the EFT model and the power of EFT to facilitate healing and growth for personal and relational distress through a combination of teaching, experiential exercises and video demos. Attendance at Fundamentals is now an ICEEFT requirement for EFT clinicians applying for Certification as Supervisors in EFT.

This workshop will provide an overview of the research and theoretical models of adult attachment from the perspective of injuries to attachment bonds in romantic relationships. Time will be spent on defining ruptures to trust as a result of broken agreements between partners and on how these ruptures can be healed using EFCT.

This one-day training explores working with clients with high levels of shame. We know that many people who have experienced disappointing or distressing relationships with their attachment figures, go on to carry a legacy of shame. This workshop addresses how to use the therapeutic alliance and the EFIT interventions to create safety in our therapeutic space and to create powerful moments of change and growth for our most shame-prone clients.

The training program is designed to provide participants with a robust groundwork and advanced understanding of the EFIT model, integrated within an attachment science framework.
