This workshop will provide an overview of the research and theoretical models of adult attachment from the perspective of injuries to attachment bonds in romantic relationships. Time will be spent on defining ruptures to trust as a result of broken agreements between partners and on how these ruptures can be healed using EFCT.

This four day immersion in the theory and practice of Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy is the foundation of the training required towards becoming a Certified EFCT therapist and is endorsed by the International Centre for Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy (ICEEFT).
