This 8 hour Fundamentals of EFT training presents an outline of Emotionally Focused Therapy from an attachment perspective, emphasizing primary attachment relationships and how the EFT Tango applies to all 3 modalities. More than just an EFT introductory course, Fundamentals provides the overall context of EFT and explains how the original “couple” model applies effectively as psychotherapy to families and individuals.

This one-day workshop provides an overview of EFT with individuals, couples and families and introduces clinicians to the power of EFT to facilitate healing and growth for personal and relational distress. Combining teaching, interactive exercises and video demos, this is a practical, immediately applicable introduction to this beautiful model. This workshop is now an ICEEFT requirement for clinicians applying for Supervisor Certification.
