Issue 3: You need to clear your browser cache

Clearing your browser cache is often a simple solution for problems you experience online. Your browser cache stores information about websites that you visited previously so that they load a lot faster the next time you stop by. Clearing it essentially resets the version of the website you’re viewing.

  2. Visit our knowledgebase article titled: How to Clear Your Browser Cache: A Guide for Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari – ICEEFT

  4. Once you’ve cleared your browser cache, try logging into your ICEEFT member account again. You should now be able to access your account without any issues.

Issue 4: I’m seeing 404 Errors when I try and load a page

These can be frustrating because they are not always consistent. Please try and refresh the page and if you still see that error, try clearing your browser cache (Issue 3 above) and then refresh the page.
