Our Hold Me Tight for couples is on four Friday evenings from 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm EST starting January 17th. The sessions are two and a half hours each so couples have time to do no more than two exercises a day and can integrate the emotional experience. We have one assistant for every couple to make sure no couple is left struggling on their own. Our evaluations show the support of assistants is vital to the success of our program.
