Friday, November 14- Sunday, November 16, 2025. Come unplug and connect in beautiful Cascade, Idaho, with your partner in a deeper and more meaningful way.

Cost: $1500/couple includes lodging, food and the workshop.

This In-Person Hold Me Tight® Couples Retreat is limited to 4 couples.

Online Hold Me Tight for couples is offered by experienced EFT therapists, Carolyn McIntyre, LCSW-R, EFCT and Dr. Regina Bordieri who have facilitated over 15 online Hold Me Tights since 2020. Our workshop provides one EFT trained therapist for each couple so all couples have the support they need to process the exercises and be successful in navigating them together.

Hold Me Tight® Couples Retreat at Temecula Creek Inn offers a peaceful wine country setting to reconnect, repair, and strengthen your relationship. Led by EFT Trainer Dr. Silvina Irwin and EFT Supervisor Dr. Lisa Blum, who have facilitated these workshops for 15+ years. Learn to heal disconnection and deepen emotional bonds. We warmly welcome all couples in all types of relationships to join us. Mental health professionals can earn CE hours.

Our Hold Me Tight® workshops are streamlined and accessible, teaching EFT tools in a safe and supportive atmosphere only a short drive from Seattle. Our venue offers panoramic views of Puget Sound. We are a five-minute walk from the waterfront Silver Cloud Inn in Mukilteo, for those who want a weekend getaway.
