The Art of Living Retreat Center in Boone, NC is just such a place. Visitors come from all over the world to rest and recreate here in this pristine 380 acre campus.

Strengthen your connection, rejuvenate your relationship (Friday evening through noon Sunday). A combination of brief presentations, videotapes of EFT therapists working with real couples, guided conversations for couples (with support available by leaders), and processing in the larger group helps couples change their negative patterns and work towards more secure attachment. This is a two day workshop for couples of any age or stage. Hold Me Tight is rooted in Attachment Science and based on the tenets of Emotionally Focused Therapy.
