The Diversity Committee has been mandated to provide recommendations on how ICEEFT can improve the effectiveness of its DEIB efforts. The Diversity Committee recently met with the Board and provided various specific recommendations. The Board is reviewing and refining these recommendations into policies, procedures, or specific initiatives that can be implemented ASAP. For example, one recommendation includes revising EFT Trainings (and manuals) to augment the existing procedures and content to be more inviting to and inclusive of underserved and marginalized therapist and client populations.
